This Privacy Policy explains how NOVOSKY collects, uses, and protects information when you use this platform. We are committed to minimal data collection and full transparency. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses (stored), financial information, or any other personally identifiable information. No account creation is required to use this platform.

02 Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. This platform does not set any first-party cookies for tracking, advertising, or user profiling.

Umami Analytics, our analytics provider, sets no cookies at all — it is completely cookieless and does not use fingerprinting or cross-site tracking. Vercel Speed Insights (web vitals only) likewise does not set tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is needed because there is nothing to consent to.

NOVOSKY uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

Umami Analytics Privacy-First Analytics

Cookieless page views, referrers, aggregated browser/OS/country, custom interaction events — no PII, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking

Vercel Hosting, CDN & Speed Insights

Anonymous web vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) — no tracking cookies

Supabase Backend Database

Trade records & system performance data (no user PII)

HuggingFace Hub Model Storage

ML model binary files only

04 Data Retention

Umami Analytics retains aggregated, anonymized page-view and event data according to their retention policy (see umami.is/privacy). No raw IP addresses or personal identifiers are stored by Umami at any point. Vercel Speed Insights web vitals are retained per Vercel's standard policy. Trade performance data stored in Supabase is retained for system analysis and may be retained indefinitely as it contains no personal information.

Since we collect no personal data, there is no user-specific data to delete or export.

05 Your Rights

NOVOSKY is operated by an individual based in Indonesia and complies with Undang-Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi No. 27 Tahun 2022 (UU PDP) as well as UU ITE No. 11/2008. Because we collect no personally identifiable information (no names, emails, IP addresses, or device identifiers), the obligations for personal data processing under UU PDP are not triggered for visitors to this site. Trade and system performance data stored in Supabase relates solely to bot operations and contains no user personal data. You have the right to:

▶ Request confirmation of whether any personal data about you is held (answer: none is held)

▶ Contact us to raise any privacy concern — we will respond within 14 business days as required under UU PDP

▶ Block or restrict analytics via browser privacy extensions or ad-blockers — no site functionality is affected

▶ Opt out of Umami tracking by blocking the cloud.umami.is script via your browser or privacy extension

06 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The operator of NOVOSKY is domiciled in Indonesia. By accessing this platform you agree that any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia, specifically the Pengadilan Negeri with competent jurisdiction.

Applicable Indonesian regulations include:

▶ UU No. 11 Tahun 2008 sebagaimana diubah UU No. 19 Tahun 2016 — Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE)
